Okay, so I got my scale today. I've attempted my diet the past couple of days, but I keep back sliding. So, I need to focus now. I need to watch this awful food I'm eating. I have been eating apples and drinking less Mello Yello. I've done my best to stay away from fatty foods (which works well until I get off work at 11pm and have to drive by McDonald's).
I've gotten my friend, Pam, serious about the diet, too, so I'm not alone.
Current Weight: 190 lbs.
Target Weight: 165 lbs.
