I dedicate this song to my first love, A.B. A girl I’ve been head over heels for since 1992. It’s amazing the power love holds. She never gave me the time of day, but here it is well over a decade later and I still think of her often. Actually, for some reason lately she’s been in several of my dreams. I haven’t seen her in, well, I guess it’d be 4 or 5 years, and yet, she’s still deeply set in my heart. This song is 100% true, word for word, with how I feel (well, if you change “man” to “woman” it is). So, this goes out to the girl who stole my heart so long ago and, through no fault of her own, is still on my mind.
