Okay, anyone surprised that Michael Brown was replaced as the man in charge of disaster relief over Hurricane Katrina? I mean it was kind of obvious the response to the hurricane was very poorly orchestrated (not to mention slow). Maybe Thad Allen will do a better job of getting things in order?
So, I read my last post ("Sad") again and it's funny to me now. With the light of a new day all those feelings are gone. I swear, looking at this blog is like reading the mind of a schizophrenic. Maybe I am, who knows. Or cares, for that matter?
Life is good. I'm getting to meet more and more people and really enjoying things. I have to preach my new love for Netflix. You sign up online, pay a monthly fee, choose the movies you want to see, and they send them to you. I just finished watching The Jacket with Adrien Brody. It was definitely different. I'll have to watch it again to really form an opinion. The best part of Netflix? I'm actually saving money from renting movies locally. Woohoo.
Okie dokie then, I'm heading out to the store and back to do some cleaning. I'll write more later. Love and peace to all.
